Guinevere and Abhijit live in Toronto.
She Italian, he Indian, they chose the placid and warm Tuscan countryside to pronounce their yes, between the song of the cicadas and the September evening breeze, so far from the icy Canadian winds coming from the Arctic.
An email, a chat with Ginevra via Skype, the meeting with her parents who from Italy organized without a few vicissitudes the very successful wedding in Tuscany, in the magical abbey of San Galgano, Tuscany: they immediately settled between us great understanding and harmony. For me, being able to photograph a wedding in such a renowned and particular place was a dream come true.
The light of September, their laughter, tears, speeches, the land of Tuscany, the sun through the windows, the colonnade and the missing roof of the abbey did the rest. An intimate, heartfelt wedding.
